Een kinetische sculptuur op basis van zonne-energie. Volgens het zonlicht beweegt de stamper heen en weer. De aanleiding voor deze werken is mijn fascinatie voor de banale plastic speelgoedjes die vaak aan de vensterbank/autoruit geplaatst worden. Wat gebeurt er als ik ze uitvergroot zoals een wetenschappelijk plantenmodel en terug aan de vensterbank zet?

内部に設置された太陽光パネルによって、花のめしべが左右に揺れるキネティックスカルプチャー。あらゆる家庭の窓辺に置かれた揺れるプラスチックの置物に不思議な魅力を感じたことが制作の動機である。植物園の説明ガラスケースに展示されている拡大模型のようなリアリズムとスケールを持った、空想上の植物を窓辺に設置することにより、動く置物の普遍性を考察し、通行人に疑問を投げかける作品。

A kinetic sculpture that operates on solar energy. Depending on the sunlight, the pistil moves back and forth. The motivation for these works is my fascination for the banal plastic toys that are often placed on the windowsills or behind car windows. What happens if I enlarge them like a scientific plant model and put them back on the windowsill?
